Le Leone's Nursery

We occasionally have puppies available for adoption.  Due to the extreme heat here in Arizona right now, we will not offer shipping, and all puppies shown here are for local sale as pets only.  We only ship when the weather is safe for our babies to travel....air line heat restrictions are usually lifted by September.  Puppies that are sold for breeding are only available to carefully screened, pre-approved buyers that have completed a seperate application/contract, and have a higher adoption fee than those sold as pets. We offer free delivery of your puppy to your home, and continued support and information as your puppy grows.  Feel free to contact us to inquire about what puppies are available.  Some puppies are ready to go when pictured here, others can be held with deposits until they are old enough to go.

Prices are based on the color, size, sex, pedigree and whether sold as a pet, or for a breeding program.  The more rare and unusual colors are higher due to demand and rareity.  The tiny types ,"imperial size", will run more as well since a true tiny Shih Tzu(small size, not a "runt") is rare.  Our prices range from $500 - 2500.  We offer puppies with show champion lineage, and have the colors and sizes that are hard to find, so that you can have a unique and beautiful companion. 

When you have found the puppy that you want to make a member of your family, and are in Arizona, we will bring them to you. This way we can see where our puppy will be living.  We already know how they were raised here, now we want to see where they will spend the rest of their lives.  It is important to us that they will be welcome by all family members, landlord, etc...in their new home.   Also, it is to insure the safety and well-being of our dogs here, since many diseases can be transmitted on shoes, clothes, etc.. by well-meaning visitors, sanitizing hands is not enough.  Parvo can be picked up on the bottom of shoes, or linger in clothing.  I am a former veternarian assistant, and do this to keep your new puppy from being exposed to illness until they come to you.  If you would like to see the parents, we would be more than happy to bring them along!   I am also able to supply references. We appreciate your understanding our practices, and that our dogs come first when we make sales.

Once you choose a Le Leone puppy, we will be here for support and information after the sale. We encourage updates and photos of our little ones in their new families.
